Hi Ben,

Great post. What method I use to balance my life?
Spending time wisely and implement 80/20 principle.
I set up a weekly schedule of my tasks, acomplish the top 3 tasks first, stop doing unnecessary things.
And weekend is my time with family and children, stop doing work for weekend.

For me procrastination can be a killer of life balance, we need to pay more attention with this.
