I think challenging yourself and continuing to learn more is the key to success. It's extremely easy to become complacent and develop a lackadaisical attitude toward life. For example, "The money's okay and I'm comfortable here, so why look for a new job?" The more important question is, "Am I happy here?" and "Am I working at my fullest potential?"
