I`m a person who is consistantly selling things on eBay and it would never come to my mind this mode to reduce the tax. I really do appreciate your article and I would suggest to other participants in the business to use the advantages of working from home and never search for useless problems like what would happen with the temporary guest room. Imagine how difficult was for me knowing the unpractical layout of the Vancouver houses to create my own office. I`m so contented now that I did it!

Just remember, exclusive really means exclusive, and this is a very difficult test to meet. You cannot use your home office for anything but your work on the ebay business in this case. No personal email and no storage for non ebay business items. No temporary guest room when friends/family come into town.
