He subscribes to one of their newsletters and is part of the CAPS program and seems to get a lot out of it. I don't know much about them myself. As far as small company stocks, I think owning small caps is a good idea as part of a well balanced portfolio. My exposure to small cap stocks is through the <a href="https://flagship.vanguard.com/VGApp/hnw/FundsSnapshot?FundId=0048&FundIntExt=INT" rel="nofollow">Vanguard Small-Cap Index Fund</a>.
