Free Money and Good Deals – Keep Track of Discounts, Promotions, & Free Stuff

September 25, 2008

Who doesn’t like free money or getting a great deal? I’m a sucker for both which is why I added a deals, discounts, and promotions section to the site a while back.

Signup for Timely Updates

You can signup to get the deals via feed reader or in your email inbox, some of them are pretty time sensitive, such as the $20 off annual membership at Angies List that already expired and the additional 25% off sale at Tuesday morning this weekend.

Other deals like the FNBO Direct $25 Billpay bonus and ING Electric Orange Checking $25 bonus  only run until the end of September and some like the $50 Discover More bonus are listed as limited time so we don’t know for sure how soon they’ll end.

Then there are other deals where I’ll give advance notice, like the TradeKing $50 sign up bonus for the month of October.

Save Money or Get Free Money

I recently shared how I saved 39% on my cable and internet bill when I looked at the Comcast Triple Play Promotion vs Double Play Package.

I’ll also highlight ways you can earn more for your money such as the recent interest rate increase to 4% for WaMu online savings accounts.

If you’re interested in free money, I showed how you could get $25 for signing up for a Blockbuster total acces free trial and how you can earn $25 if you shop at Costco and open a True Earnings American Express Card

Signup and Save

With the price of groceries and gas climbing and the economy in a tailspin, the deals site will offer ways to save or make some extra money.  If you like saving money you can sign up to get the deals via feed reader or below to see them in your inbox:

First, let me say I do enjoy your sight.
But the discounts and coupon stuff just doesn’t do me much
good as I life in a very small rural area where there are only
2 grocery stores – that’s it :) On the plus side, there’s no
place to spend money, so that’s how I manage to save it all!
I just don’t do shopping much at all.

I’ll keep reading for the articles tho.
