It takes more than money to go DO something with said opportunities. It takes personal motivation and creativity. If you see the opportunities and don't know how to take advantage of them, talk to people you know and try to surround yourself with more creative people than yourself. That is how you will be able to take advantage of these opportunities. If you just look at your bank account and say you can't do it then you won't get anywhere because if you take a look at the richest people in the world, none of them started out that way. They looked beyond their checking account and established strong human relationships that would help them achieve their goals.
