		<description>credit cards are a convenience tool and should be treated as such.  they shouldn&#039;t be defined in terms of emergency use only.  you should define emergency.  Relying on credit when you are in debt for an emergency is a bad idea, since you will most assuredly go further into debt in order to pay for the emergency.  keeping a credit card to use in emergency situations where you have the money to pay off in full is what you should aim for.</description>
