Wow, I’m sorry about all the pink! We’re having a girl too, and I thought our baby room was girly. You have way more pink! But congrats. We just finished converting our guest room into a baby room too.

Somehow I missed the original announcement so first I wanted to say Congratulations! When a few of my friends had their second they got inexpensive toys/coloring books/etc from the dollar store or big box retailer. Whenever the baby got a present the older child also got a present, usually ‘from’ the baby. A more frugal way would be to do a toy trade with friends, so he’s getting new things at no cost.
